Eziobloc doesn’t just stop at canning. It also meets international and “ball” seaming standards, ensuring the quality of your final product. Furthermore, Eziobloc also compiles with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) hygiene standards, and is built with food-grade AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel. Its ability to perform Clean-in-Place (CIP) cycles ensures every part of your production process remains impeccably clean.

Small-Scale meets Quality

One of the Eziobloc’s standout features is its size: compact and space-efficient, it’s tailor-made for small-scale operations without any capacity limitations. Eziobloc delivers an impressive production capacity of up to 5000 cans per hour (CPH) for 330ml cans and between 8000CPH for the 18-4 model, 14000CPH for the 30-6 model

Seamless Integration

The Eziobloc integrates effortlessly with upstream and downstream equipment, from depalletizers and can rinsers to labeling machines and shrinking machines.

Counter Pressure Filling

The Eziobloc adopts counter pressure filling, a technique widely used by high-standard breweries. This approach minimizes foaming during filling unless the beer is above 36°F and fobs with hot water or beer jet after fill to eliminate headspace and exposure to atmosphere.

Unmatched Oxygen Control

Eziobloc provides maximum oxygen level control during canning with a DO pickup level of as low as 50ppb. Additionally, it utilizes CO2 or nitrogen pre-purge prior to filling, helping to maintain low dissolved oxygen levels and ensuring your beverages stay fresh and flavorful.
